There are many "performing arts centers" around the world, but I'm not sure if there is one that really rivals what one can see on any given night at Lincoln Center. Between ballet, dance, music, opera, theater, and film, Lincoln Center's nearly 30 total performance spaces are equaled only by its architectural and design offerings--everything from the Henry Moore sculpture in its reflecting pool to the Metropolitan Opera's famous Marc Chagall murals are on display, plus its famous "Moonstruck" fountain and a green roof over the Lincoln Ristorante. Put it all together, and you've got one of the greatest collection of performing arts organizations and venues in the history of mankind.
